The Galician company Englishpanish has announced the opening of a branch office in Rio de Janeiro, in the heart of Copacabana, becoming the first translation agency in the Iberian Peninsula to have offices in both the peninsula as well as Latin America. With this decision, the company aims to offer improved service in the linguistic combinations in which it specializes, and to which it owes its name (englishpanish): all of the Spanish languages (with reference to the Iberian ones) –Castilian, Galician, Catalan, Basque and Portuguese- as well as English.
The Río office will improve the company’s Brazilian Portuguese translation services –quite different from that of Portugal and having over 200 million speakers- as well as services for Spanish speakers in Latin America–with over 400 million speakers. This operation is also linked to the company’s collaboration with one of the largest law offices worldwide, in one of the company’s greatest areas of know how: legal-financial translation.
Once again, the translation agency demonstrates its international projection with clients in over thirty countries. These clients include several international corporations, banking entities and law offices. Englishpanish also collaborates with over fifty universities from across the globe.
About Englishpanish
Englishpanish is an agency specialising in the translation of technical, scientific, academic, legal, financial and literary documents. By working with a minimum of two translators, it guarantees the editorial quality of its projects.
Furthermore, the agency provides experienced interpreters, covering numerous languages and disciplines and offering consecutive, liaison and simultaneous interpretation services.
They also collaborate with over forty universities and approximately 200 research groups by reviewing the style and grammar of research works written by non-native researchers, for their subsequent publication in international journals.
